August 2008 - CREG brings Park City Coffee Roasters to great newly-available retail space at 1680 W Ute Boulevard at Kimball Junction to establish its new, combined coffee roasting and coffee house concept.  Opening this fall!

 

July 2008 - CREG brings its client Dolphin Capital to Old Town Park City with a new retail/office lease in marquis space at the Gateway Building.

 

June 2008 - CREG helps up-and-coming natural daylighting manufacturer, Ciralight, consolidate its operations in Utah, establishing a new 18,000sf office, showroom and warehouse/distribution facility in North Salt Lake.

 

June 2008 - CREG assists an investor client secure two additional commercial condominiums in the Silver Mountain Building at Kimball Junction in Park City which will expand Kimball Junction's only "executive suites" offering.

 

May 2008 - CREG helps to relocate Middle Eastern cuisine specialists, Reef's Kitchen, from Kimball Junction to Park City Main Street (Summit Watch Plaza, formerly Chenez's space).  Opening later this summer.

 

May 2008 - CREG aligns with Assurance Property Management, Inc., to extend its breadth of services to our investment clients and into the state and federal procurement arena (8(a) certification pending).

 

April 2008 - CREG assists Parkites Don Croce and Jill Rathburn, the new business owners of Livin Life, a Main Street retailer, in securing a long term lease at 577 Main Street in Park City.

 

April 2008 - CREG assists its investor client Sun Peak Partners secure its first Park City building, an 11,000sf single story retail condominium in the Kimball Junction area.

 

March 2008 - Supporting Texas based brokerage, Jackson Cooksey, CREG assists in securing a new facility in North Salt Lake for national aerospace company, Rockwell Collins.

 

March 2008 - CREG broker Alexander Lofft joins CREW member Katie Noble in addressing the Salt Lake City chapter of the CREW - Commercial Real Estate Women - on issues and economics of "green building" at a packed luncheon in Fort Union, and covered in the Deseret News by Jasen Lee.

 

March 2008 - CREG Broker Alexander Lofft receives his certification as an EcoBroker®

following the completion of a curriculum focused on innovative energy and environmental concepts in the context of the real estate industry.   Mr. Lofft is Utah's first commercial EcoBroker®.

 

March 2008 - CREG secures new commercial space on Main Street in Park City for gallery MAR, a new art gallery featuring emerging professional artists, opening Spring 2008 in the Galleria Mall.  "Alex Lofft worked to find the perfect space for my new art gallery, within my specific budget and time line. His ability to know of new spaces, even unlisted ones, was a great part of my success," says gallery owner Maren Bargreen.
 

March 2008 - CREG helps national financial tenant Wachovia Mortgage secure office space at the Silver Mountain Building in Kimball Junction.

 

February 2008 - CREG secures a build-to-suit for its client, the heavy industry plant maintenance and construction group AP&F Construction, with Tom Stuart Construction along the new Legacy Highway in North Salt Lake.

 

February 2008 -  CREG reincorporates as Corporate Real Estate Group, Inc (from LLC) to help manage its continued growth and success in supporting its clients.

 

January 2008 - CREG assists well known Parkites James & Julie Larson and the Park City's branch of American Family Insurance into new space in the Associated Title Building on Prospector Avenue.

 

January 2008 - CREG supports a Utah distribution company in opening up its first out of state location, a 13,000sf distribution center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

 

October 2007 - CREG secures 5,600sf of distribution space in Orem, Utah for a fast-growing regional distribution company.

 

October 2007 - CREG helps Sun Peak Partners successfully acquire and fully stabilize a 13,000sf high quality industrial facility in Orem, Utah.

 

October 2007 - CREG assists Recycle Utah and the Park City Board of Realtors with content, speakers and outreach for their Workshop on energy efficiency for business, held at the Lodges at Deer Valley.

 

August 2007 - CREG broker Alexander Lofft is a guest on KPCW's live radio show, "This Green Earth", hosted by Chris Cherniak, an environmental engineer by trade.  Discussion focused on sustainable commercial design, planning and development.  Other guests included John Hogan of Dave Robinson Architects, and Todd Ford of Riverstone Design Group.

 

June 2007 - CREG assists Colliers International with their environmental consulting firm client, Jones & Stokes, in relocating its office space from downtown Salt Lake City to the Cottonwood Heights area.

 

May 2007 - CREG assists Park City Animal Clinic in securing a new home at 1725 Sidewinder Drive in Park City (official opening in late '07).  Transaction included the purchase of the building and leasing excess space to two other tenants.

 

April 2007 - CREG assists Sun Peak Partners subdivide and sell off an ancillary portion of its 400 South retail acquisition and redevelopment in preparation for additional acquisitions.

 

March 2007 - CREG principal & broker, Alexander Lofft, founds LessCoal dot com to encourage diversification in Utah's energy generation with the goal of preserving the region's economic competitiveness by improving its air quality.  See www.LessCoal.com

 

January 2007 - CREG helps Global Pharmaceutical Sourcing of Bethesda, Maryland secure a new western sales office in downtown Salt Lake City.  “We are extremely excited about this most recent expansion of our company,” said Jesse M. Kessler, GPS President and CEO. "Alexander couldn’t have been more helpful in helping GPS find our Salt Lake City office," said Hugh Gallager, GPS Regional Sales Manager.

 

December 2006 - CREG volunteers to assist Habitat for Humanity of Summit and Wasatch Counties acquire a new lot in Kamas, Utah on which to build a new affordable income home.

 

November 2006 - CREG helps the Sierra Club's Utah Chapter secure new office space at 2159 South 700 East, and the Landlord agrees to enroll in Rocky Mountain Power's Blue Sky program to offset 300kw per month with wind power.

 

June 2006 - CREG successfully moves Heil Construction to the new Cottonwood office buildings in Park City, including signage facing I-80.

 

February 2006 - CREG is pleased to announce that it has added Michael Kaplan, a successful Park City business owner and University of Utah professor, as a new Associate.  Michael earned his Masters of International Management from Thunderbird University and brings additional high level skills and experience to CREG and its clients.

 

January 2006 - Corporate Real Estate Group becomes an Investor in EDCUTAH, the Utah Economic Development Corporation.

 

January 2006CoStar, the nation’s most comprehensive provider of commercial real estate information, features CREG in its introductory marketing materials to Utah businesses.

January 2006 – The Journal of the American Dental Association (JADA) publishes an article co-written by CREG Broker Alexander Lofft on securing new dental facilities in its "Practice Management" section. 

 

December 2005 - CREG successfully installs Relational Technology Solutions in class A office space at Jordan Commons in Sandy, Utah, supporting its Los Angeles-based ITRA partner, Guardian Commercial Realty.

 

December 30, 2005 – CREG helps client Sun Peak Partners close on a two-building, three lot assemblage along 4th South in Salt Lake City

 

October 12, 2005 – CREG is among first of Utah’s businesses to subscribe to CoStar’s commercial property information service.

 

October 2005 - CREG, in coordination with its new ITRA® partner, Sloan Street Advisors, assists Washington DC area client lease excess land and commence work on development plans.


May 12, 2005 - Corporate Real Estate Group is pleased to announce that it has joined ITRA® , the International Tenant Representative Alliance, as an Associate Member. ITRA® comprises over 50 members across 5 continents that provide corporate clients with dedicated tenant-oriented real estate services.
